By creating an account or using TrackRef, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

TrackRef is a web-based platform that allows users to create tracking links, monitor click analytics, and record referral earnings. We provide the platform; you are responsible for your affiliate relationships and the accuracy of earnings you record.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address and verify it before accessing your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
• You may not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use TrackRef to:

• Promote illegal products, services, or schemes
• Run spam, phishing, or deceptive affiliate campaigns
• Violate any applicable laws or the terms of the affiliate programs you promote
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the platform
• Artificially inflate click counts (click fraud)

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Payments

• Premium is available for $9/month, paid in cryptocurrency.
• Payments are processed on-chain and are non-refundable once confirmed.
• TrackRef is not responsible for errors in crypto transactions made by users (wrong address, wrong network, wrong amount).
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Data & Privacy

Use of TrackRef is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service you consent to data handling as described therein.

6. Intellectual Property

TrackRef, its logo, and all original content are owned by EarnifyHub Ltd. You retain full ownership of the data you input. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers

TrackRef is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime or uninterrupted access
• That click tracking will capture every click in all circumstances
• The accuracy of earnings data you enter manually

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarnifyHub Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TrackRef, including lost profits or affiliate revenue.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting earnifyhub@earnifyhub.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to EarnifyHub Ltd. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of TrackRef after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
