1. Who We Are

TrackRef is operated by EarnifyHub Ltd and is accessible at trackref.earnifyhub.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how you can control it. If you have questions, email earnifyhub@earnifyhub.com.

2. What Data We Collect

Account data

When you register, we collect your email address, chosen username, full name (optional), and a hashed version of your password. We never store passwords in plain text.

Usage data

We collect data about the affiliate programs, tracking links, and earnings you enter. This data is yours and is used only to power your dashboard.

Click tracking data

When someone clicks a tracking link you have created, we log: timestamp, device type, browser family, operating system, country of origin (derived from IP and then discarded), and HTTP referrer. We do not log or store full IP addresses beyond what is needed to determine country.

Payment data

When you make a crypto payment, we store the wallet address we generated for your order, the transaction hash you submitted, and the payment amount. We do not store private keys beyond the active payment window, and we never store credit card or banking information.

Email communications

We store your email address to send transactional messages (verification, password reset, payment confirmations, and account notifications). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide, maintain, and improve TrackRef
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, payment receipts)
• To generate the analytics you see in your dashboard
• To detect fraud and abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with:

• Hosting providers — to run our servers (data is processed in their infrastructure)
• Email providers — to deliver transactional emails on our behalf
• Law enforcement — only when required by a valid legal order

All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove all personally identifiable data within 7 business days. Anonymised, aggregated analytics data may be retained longer for statistical purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data

TrackRef uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. Redirect pages (your tracking links) do not set any cookies on visitors.

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed password storage, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

9. Children

TrackRef is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
