Yes. TrackRef is program-agnostic. You paste in your existing referral URL and we wrap it in a tracking link. It works with crypto exchanges, e-commerce platforms, SaaS products, and any other affiliate program.

When you create a tracking link in TrackRef, we generate a short URL (e.g., trackref.earnifyhub.com/go/abc123). When someone clicks it, we log the click details and immediately redirect them to your actual referral URL. The visitor experience is seamless.

Each click records: timestamp, device type (mobile/tablet/desktop), browser, operating system, HTTP referrer, and geographic location. We do not store personally identifiable information about visitors.

Yes. When creating a tracking link you can set utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign. These are automatically appended to your destination URL.

Free accounts can create up to 2 tracking links. Premium accounts have no limit.

Premium costs $9 per month. It covers one calendar month from activation.

TrackRef accepts cryptocurrency payments only: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT on both TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks, and Tron (TRX). A unique wallet address is generated for each payment. Your account upgrades automatically once the transaction is confirmed on-chain.

TRC-20 USDT and TRX typically confirm in under 60 seconds. ETH and ERC-20 USDT take a few minutes. Bitcoin takes roughly 30–60 minutes for 3 confirmations. All happen automatically — no manual approval needed.

Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, all payments are final and non-refundable once confirmed on-chain.

Your account reverts to the free plan limits. Your data and history remain intact. You can renew at any time.

Yes. Your programs, links, and earnings are only visible to you (and admin for support purposes). No data is shared between users.

We collect anonymous technical metadata per click: device type, browser family, OS, country, and HTTP referrer. We do not store IP addresses beyond what is needed for basic geo lookup, and we do not use tracking cookies on redirect pages.

After registering, we send a verification link to your email address. Click it to activate your account. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or use the resend option on the login page.
